Loud roaring road noise 2008-S80
2008 - S80. I am experiencing loud road noise. Is this normal with Volvo? Roaring road noise....

What kind of tires have you got on it? Michelin's are some of the noisiest tires I have ever heard...I traded cars with my sister for 2 weeks to move some stuff, and while otherwise a decent car, the road noise from her Escape's tires is almost ridiculous at highway speeds.

Agreed! My V70 when i first got it has a Set of Michelin's and it was horrid. I put a Set of Bridgestone Potenza G 009 performance tires and they have Proved to be simply an amazing tire! extremely quiet, long rated tread life, and i personally like the all season tread layout!
