Who makes the Volvo brand oil filter elements?

Does any one know who makes the Volvo brand oil filter elements? i.e. is it Mann or ??? Would like to save a bit of money if I can be sure the filter that I am buying is equivalent to OEM....
Specifically for 1999 S80 T6

The part number is 1275810. It is made in Austria for Volvo. If you look at the box it does not say who manufactures it. It is a Volvo part.

I'm glad you are at least checking, we have seen more than one car serviced by cheapo oil change lanes that use realllll cheap filters that come apart over time and clog the oil pump. Which then grenades the engine from lack of oil pressure. It's a real good idea to use a quality filter, it's not much money. Have a good day.

1275810 seems to be labeled as "w/turbo"

What's the P/N for the "w/o turbo" oil filter?
