cv axle nut torque spec.

I just replaced the cv axle on the pass. side on the wifes 98 S70. ive searched, can someone tell me what the torque spec is for the axle nut ??

The spec on a 95 850 is 89ft lbs and then an additional 60 degrees. Go to Autozone.com and sign up on their website and you will get access to repair manuals. I have been working on my sisters 850 and it has been very helpful. Also try kjet.org. You should be able to find spec sheets on their as well.

incase anyone needs it.. the torque is- 89ft. lbs + 60 deg.

Did the Earthquake impact wrench work as advertised? Do you recommend it? I was thinking about picking one up (actually I bought one last year but returned it unused as I was unsure if it was worth the hype).
