I have a 2001 V70 2.4T and when warm the car hesitates (holds back), but if you increase the throttle and boot it, you can drive through it and it clears.
Then when you back off, it's back.
It started about 6 weeks ago as an odd miss...and then it will be fine.
It's just got worse from there and now like clockwork it comes on after 20 mins of driving.
I've changed the plugs, coils, air filter and fuel filter.
There are no fault codes.
Really stumped now.
Any help is appreciated.
Mark.

Try cleaning your MAF sensor. Drop by the auto parts store and pick up a can of MAF cleaner, and spray the inside of the sensor (don't touch it), let it dry for 1-2 hours, and bolt it back up.
I've seen some that will work just fine at wide open throttle, but have problems at partial throttle.

I have very slight/subtle (rare) hesitation when driving down the interstate and feel it most often when the cruise control is engaged. Just cleaned my MAF today and the tranny fluid is next. Will let you know what happens.
