Does anyone know if these codes are for the front or rear set of oxygen sensors? I don't really want to do all four, if I can find out which set they are.

Sensor 1 is the pre-cat O2. So you are looking at issues with the system on cylinders 4,5 & 6. Not 100% sure if a new O2 will fix the problem, its death might be a symptom.
Given the message "no activity detected" it mightn't do any harm to check all the connections for said O2 sensor.
