Thanks Lee,

I was trying to see if the heater lines were ok. If they are bypassed would there be a loop hose? Well, I am giving up and taking the S70 to a shop. Everything needs to be fixed before I give it to my daughter anyway. I am getting the C70 checked out now...but it seems in much better shape. I will never get a car from an auction again...too much of a chance of a cover up. The C70 I got from a dealer for about the same price....it was just hard to find. Will let you all know what the out come is. Thanks again.

In most cases yes but I have seen situations where someone just shoved a cork in the supply line. Much can be learned by just touching the heater lines with a warm engine. If you have a warm engine and cold heater lines then you need to further investigate the heater lines themselves.

Hi Everyone,

This is an answer/solution to one of my problems....the radio. Evidently this car must have been owned by a teenager that tried to fix things himself. I didn't catch it but my mechanic did. Both cones on the rear speakers (aftermarket) were touching the frame. Had to remove rear shelf and recut out the speaker holes. I do not know how it ever worked???
