s40 t5 qwd 2005 Check Engine Light

Post by mwhite1978 »

All,

My wife's s40 t5 awd just popped the check engine light on. We had a service done about 2500 miles ago, and the car seems to be running like a champ (no loss in mpg or power) other than getting the codes read any ideas? Oh yeah the gas cap is on securely...

You need to get the codes read to see what is happening.

If it is coincidental with the weather change erasing the codes may be sufficient. That is always my first action when codes set and it is amazing how many times they don't come back.
