Does anyone have a link that works w/ install instructions for a 3rd row seat in a 1998 v70?

The videos are great. But my seat belts are stuck and couldn't be pulled at all. How to do with it?

Finally I figured that out, the belt is stuck because it retracted too much. The procedure is simple: 1, open the side without the label, 1a, push out two little pins with a wire/big needle; 1b, Use flat-head screw driver to pry open the other two pins.
2, Pull the belt while pushing the little plastic that hold the wheel to rotate in one direction. After pulling a little out, the belt can then be pulled out freely.

Reviving an old thread, but thank you for the tips on the seatbelt. I'm currently installing my third row and my seatbelts had also locked-so frustrating. I was able to fix it with your help.

I can't get my belt unstuck for the life of me. I did what you said but do I press down on the small circle ?
