My daughter's 99 S80 2.9 Non-Turbo has an electrical problem that is killing the battery. The horn won't blow, fuel door will not open and front passenger seat will not move.

My daughter's 99 S80 2.9 Non-Turbo has an electrical problem that is killing the battery. The horn won't blow, fuel door will not open and front passenger seat will not move. Can someone share any helpful hints? Thanks a bunch.
