Front end shimmy

I would replace your control arms and get an alignment.

Haha, I have placed an order for the left and right volvo OEM control arms as everyone says other brands are not as good as OEMs.
I sure hope this helps as I just dropped my monthly funds on new calipers and brake hoses.

my 1997 850-t5 had a serious shimmy. the tires needed to be balanced. 3/4 of an ounce to the front two, 1/2 an ounce to the back. made a big difference!

It still has a bit of a shimmy because it doesn't have volvo rims, the taper on the rim doesn't fit the volvo wheel bolts right. they told me it would always shimmy a bit unless I had volvo rims.

maybe there is another reason for the small shimmy it has now other than the rims.
