re-keying
hi my name is tom, thinking of purchasing a 2005 S60 2.5T AWD, only problem is that it is a recovered stolen vehicle with no keys, getting good deal on it but what all would it intale to even get new keys , thanks so much

You can get a whole new lock kit for the car if you want, or order keys for the existing locks. Depedning on how they stole the car there could be electrical issues you don't see yet. I'd have it checked out before you buy it, just to make sure there was not other damage done during the theft.

These cars are not easy to steal so if they were able to do it, I would think they had to bypass something in the electrical system to do so. Unless someone left the keys in the car running or something dumb like that.
