2001 XC70 tail light replacement

OK what is the trick to replacing one of the tail lights in the XC wagon? I pulled the inner panel off, removed the cover to gain access to the lights. a couple of them are very straight forward....just reach in and twist. Volvo was very accommodating and even provided a tab to hold onto while twisting. That is not the issue...its the upper bulb. I can reach it but then what? does it twist like the lower ones or is there another method to get to the bulb? thanks in advance for your help.

thanks, let me go back at it. looks like twisting is the method. it's the # 3 tail lamp in the pdf you provided.
