2006 XC70 - Tail gate Rubber band replacement

Hello friends. Today while cleaning the car I noticed the rubber band on top of the tailgate, which holds the antenna cable, needs replacement.

Do any of you know the following:

Where to find the part
How to glue it to the car?

Hey! Bumping this to see if anyone can help? I'm guessing any glue would work, but I;d rather take advice from someone who's done something similar in the past. Thanks!

Probably a black RTV cement like Permatex would be my recommendation.

Is it glued? I wouldn't presume unless I see remnants of factory adhesive.

either way don't use gorilla glue, it foams up and expands, makes a mess.
