when it rains the back rug of my volvo is wet(passanger side )i have check the back windows and seals and they look good .
my car have sunroof but there is no leak on it (i think)
water appers only on the carpet of the back seat .

ANY IDEA? :roll:

Check the trunk lid drains for clogging, if it's a sedan model.

Otherwise, you want to trace the route the water is coming in from. This can be difficult, but necessary.

My neighbor's VW Passat was getting we floors, and the water was entering through the engine bay and following metal through the firewall into the cabin/floor.

The most likely cause is a leak in the sunroof drain. There is a short metal pipe on each of the four corners of the sunroof which is connected by a short rubber hose to another metal pipe, two of which run from the front down the A posts and two from the rear down the C posts. Check that the rubber connector is secure. You will need to pull the headlining down slightly to see.
