Just to the left of the alternator. There is no high side port, just in case you're wondering.

Not a great picture, but it's the little valve on the hose there by the pulley.

How do I connect a can of refrigerant to the low-side port?

Do I need to remove the cap? Mine is marked with a 6Nm label? Do I need to remove it with a wrench or do I just slide the connector from the hose of the can to the cap marked 6Nm?

Unscrew the cap, and the filler hose will snap right onto the valve like a bike pump onto a tire stem.

You will need to pump the refrigerant into the system with the engine and AC compressor running in order for it to suck it in.

Yes, pull the cap and the valve is underneath. To aid in getting the refrigerant into the system you can remove the low pressure sensor and jump the pin connectors on the cable (i believe its the cable-hard to remember now). This will engage the compressor. Do this for 20-30 seconds at a shot. It will speed the process.
