Reasons for SRS to be on?

Reasons for SRS to be on?

I bought my 99 S70 a couple months ago; and after putting lots of work into it myself and scanning over it carefully, it doesn't seem like it has been in a wreck.

What other reasons could there be for the SRS to stay on?
