1994 850 stalling while running then restarts w/in mins
Ok, here it is i have a 1994 850 non turbo. The car can be at any temp and or rpm or hot or cold and will just stop running. Then will restart within 2-3 mins sometimes even before i come to a complete stop. I have replaced the and chk'd the fuel relay and fuel pressure, have replaced the cam and crank sensors, still have the problem. It doesn't happen all the time or on a repetitive schedule. It is completely random. I have had it also with the cruise control on and off and while the cruise control was engaged. Any help here is appreciated.

Have you checked the battery & ground cables for a loose or corroded connection?
When it shuts off, will the engine still crank, but not fire again for a few minutes?

NOt a battery issue. Yes it will crank and sometimes refire on first try but usually not unless i wait 2-3 mins.

Also car has no problems starting ever. And there is no chk engine light when this happens.

Intermittent problems are the hardest to track down
I know these will sound like stupid questions considering what you've been through already, but must cover the basics. Which are that it essentially sounds like a fuel delivery problem rather than a spark issue.
You replcaed the relay...did you use a new or used part? When the car cuts off, and you turn the key off and back to position II, do you actually HEAR the fuel pump running?
If yes to that, I wonder if your fuel pressure regulator is flipping out.

I havent replaced it i tested it good, by jumpering it and got fuel pressure both ways. But still would not start right away. If that makes sense to you? Did to me. If you want you can call me to discuss just ask for my number if thats something you'd be interested in.

On a completely random tangent, does your coolant temp. gauge act normal? Does it stay right at the halfway mark while you're driving?

The other possibility I didn't mention earlier would be a bad fuel injection relay. It's on the fan shroud just by the radiator. That could explain the not bogging down or not having any bad idle symptoms.

Okay now i seem to be experiencing a idle issue when i come to a stop with or without AC running, the idle will dip down to around 600 sometimes it stalls there sometimes it doesn't, any chance this is PCV issue?

It could be a PCV issue, but, most of the time you may have a small vac leak but it shouldnt cause the car to die. Have you tried cleaning your MAF sensor ?
