Orange triangle and Transmission service soon?

i have a 99 and the orange triangle and transmission service soon text display? no check engine light? car drives and shifts perfect. tried to do a reset but it doesn't perform this successfully? i have already changed all the tranny fluid. also after 3 days or so car will crank fine but not start? thought was the abs/stc module but have already had module serviced by bba manufacturing. when it doesn't start it shows all the usual signs as if the abs/stc module is bad? ie... no tach, speedo, odometer, water temp, etc... pull off battery terms and starts up fine??? i did find 2 burn spots on CEM but not able to id where wires go? csh4 and relay cmI12 but everything else in car is electrically works? oh rear pass window won't go up or down from driver control? help!!!
