850 booster seat

My hinges locked i can't pull the seat down all the way. Anyone know how to unlock the hinges.

That happened to me once. Try moving the black things on the seat bottom while simulatneously folding down the seat back. I just had to mess with it for a while until it closed up. I think it's caused by putting pressure on the seat before it is fully unfolded.
