My check engine light is on and my OBD2 reader shows a PO137 (02 Circuit Low Voltage Bank 1, Sensor 2). Any ideas on what this is and how it might be repaired? If I clear the code, the check engine light comes back on in a few days with the same code. I should note the car sat outside unused for a year prior to my purchase. Also, the alternator was replaced shortly after purchase after it was found to be generating 18 volts.
My background is electronics and not cars but as such, I am very much aware of what oxidation can do to wiring and contacts.
Thanks for any assistance you might provide.
Dave

Start with cheap and easy and clean up the connector or what may be in your case connectors - there was a TSB that had an extender cable added so it went from one connector to three connectors. The connectors are a bit weird, they are almost like a ZIF socket were you need to pull the end of the plug out to get it to release.
