Peter, please type in normal case... capitalize the first letter of the first word of a sentence, and proper nouns. The rest leave lowercase.

Unfortunately this is an 01, known for bad transmissions. You did not state the mileage but an internal fault like this is usually terminal.
You probably will need a new (or used) transmission. (which is how it is spelled)
