Middle hose on canister is broken on S70

While crawling around under my car looking for the FPR, I discoevered one of the hoses that goes to the canister is broken up where it goes over the front axle. Does anyone know where it would connect once it gets to the engine? S70 GLT 2.4 Turbo. If you could point me in the direction of where I may find it, I would be greatly appreciative. Here is the best pic I could get out of it.

The hose goes alongside the on the passenger's side of the canister and then connects to the middle of the front/top of the canister. Could this be why my car is running rough?
