I set the plug gaps smaller and I know for sure its not the tune as it was like this before it was tuned.
allso sometimes it's very hard to start like it takes ages before it kicks in

i'm running 1.2bar and i'm gapped at .24
if its not kicking, i keep coming back to electrical or fuel. have you checked the pressure in the rail?

No I havent yet but vadis says the fuel system is ok so i dont know until i check it .
My car's set to 1.7 bar and it got to 165 mph at Bruntinghorpe before pulling back due to the fuel pump couldnt keep up to the 750cc injectors.

Its more noticeable at idle and i'm sure its not det as it didnt flag up when Marco was sat at the side of me mapping it.
I'm also running Volvo plugs I hate the iridum too more problems than there worth imo
