Not sure but the Bosch part for our cars is right around $50 as well and it is guarenteed to fit. In addition, thecheat provided a nice write up on how to rebuild your existing purge valve. I don't know the number for the code I had, but it was for a major EVAP leak.

Nobody wants to try my diy fix? it's easy, hardest part is splitting the valve open.

Lol, I would have had I known about it before I replaced mine. I am half tempted to repair my old one and try it out to see if it works or not. Maybe I will rebuild it and keep it as a spare...
