second gear grinding sound on S60 automatic

hi,

i have an 2002 S60 automatic with geartronic and sometimes when it changes gears from 1st to 2nd i hear a grinding sound.

i think i mostly heard it in the morning, when i assume maybe the gearbox oil is cold and thick and some times when the car is in park for a while and then i drive away.

there is no vibration felt in the car just the sound.
should i be worried?

i have to mention that the gearbox on the car was replaced with a brand new one and the oil is fresh(i pretty much have the full 40000KM to go before i need to change it)

i forgot to mention it's the AWD model. i know this car plays tricks on you with sounds but i think it's coming from the back of the car

looks like it's the ABS check the car does when taking off.

The manual confirms it too so it's nothing to get allarmed for.
