One bulb proving the light for the instrument panel is working randomly, looks like a bad contact. Once it turns on, it stays on, but many times it doesn't turn on. The bulb is between the center and the right end of the instrument panel. (I will attach a picture if the position is relevant).
How to get there to fix it?

Thank you, I guess it is quite informative. I am just not sure if I would have to follow all the steps in the document because I don't need to replace any bulb, just to make the better contact for the backlight. It is only the backlight that is causing problems, as in attached picture.
I agree you won't need to do all of the steps but you do need to get the instrument cluster out as, looking at the photo, you have at least one bulb out. When you pull the cluster you should be able to replace the bulbs as outlined on the last page of the file.
