Problem Starting in the mornings

Hello Fello S40 Owners,
I have a Volvo 2005 S40 T5 6-speed and every morning I have a problem starting the car and wanted to know if anyone else experienced a similar problem. I've taken my car into Volvo 5 times for problems starting and rough idling. Volvo has verified the problem and told me that the problem is common to the 2005 T5s. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Volvo hasn't been able to fix the car for me yet and I'm starting to think that I have a lemon on my hands.
