v70xc 2001 reduced performance message

Hello:
I am new to the forum so bear with me. I have a 2001 v70xc. Car will run okay when cold. When warm reduced performance comes up in display message and car wants to stall. When sitting still idol will jump up and down by itself . When you shut the car off it will cure this for some length of time then it will do this again. Went to Advanced auto when this happened they put it on the scanner and came up with air mass flow, oxygen sensors front and back and catalytic converter . Haven't had time to get to a garage with better scanner. Can anyone give any help with which one to start with? Hope I am explaining properly......yes I am a woman.

First clean the MAF (throttle body). There's a tutorial on the site. It's a sensor between the air filter and the intake. A can of the cleaner runs like 7 bux.

there are too many codes at once. Indeed clean the MAF as suggested, but also clear all the codes and see which ones come back.
