2002 XC-70 Oil Leak + driving Funny and burning oil

Please help, I had a 96 850 GLT Wagon which ran great, sadly I sold it when I bought a 2002 XC 70, It has 140,000 miles on it. It appeared to be in great shape, the day after I bought it the SRS airbag light went off that is a separate issue. Anyway I have only but about 450 miles on it. Today I was drivin it and it began to drive funny, sounded different and began to drive wierd. I notice a strange sound and notice it not really running correctly, not sure how to descibe it but had my foot on the accellerator then when i released it it dropped more than i thought it should gave it gas it sounded wierd released it it started to drop speed. I began to smell something at first I thought I was about to blow a tire so I got into the right lane to get into the grake down lane, then I looked in my rear view mirror and saw smoke. It was burning oil. i pulled over immediate and shut it off. No lights came on, and the temp was at half way. pulled it over, and called for a tow, had no idea where to ake it so it is sitting in the parking lot of the local volvo dealer. I was also leaking oil from the center rear of the engine. It did not do this before today. any ideas what to expect from the dealer please help this car seams cursed, I wish I had kept my 850, it ran amazingly well.

I would place money on the turbo, it is located at the back center of the engine and uses oil for lubrication. It may have locked up causing a restriction in the exhaust and in the intake and the oil is from the seals leaking and hitting the exhaust. I could be wrong but given my limited knowledge about these cars that is my guess.
