97 850 / 98 s70 non-turbo engine swap

i bought an 97 850 non-turbo the owner had an 98 s70 engine put in he did not switch the ecm when he swapped the engine
i tried to get emmmissions done on the car and it failed i got the folowing codes

p0413 secondary air injection system fault
p0243 turbo charger wastegtae solenoid a
p0172 system rich bank1
p0141 heated oxygen sensor bank 1 sensor2 sensor failure
p0136 heated oxygen sensor

the previous owner claimed he gad the o2 sensors replaced I checked the connection thats fine.The rear sensor connection was broke I repaired that and still got the same codes
i cleaned the plugs an front o2 sensor
and reset the computer
I CHECKED THE ENGINE CODE ONTHE VIN TO MAKE SURE THE CAR WAS ORIGINAL NON-TURBO THATS RIGHT BUT ITHINK IT HAS THE WRONG COMPUTER IN BEACUSE OF THE TURBO WASTEGATE CODE

The 98 engine will run just fine with the 97 computer, and is what should have been done.

The P0172 and associated codes are most commonly traced to a vacuum leak. The elbow at the left side of the intake manifold in between the PS pump and alternator are the most common cause for that one to show up. The P0141 is for the rear O2 sensor - I'm not sure what that one's angry about. You may try a spacer - IPD sells them.

Reset all your codes and do a bit of driving with it and see what comes up again.

so whats up wtih the turbo wastegate code iff it's a non-turbo and could it cause me to fail emmissions on retest

I don't know why that would be there unless the wrong ECU was swapped in.
