Where do I find the port to plug a code reader in on a V40 ?

Does your car not have an arrow like the one in the attached?

Guess I missed the arrow when my old body was trying to move around down there. Thanks so much, was quite obvious after all.
I had little patience this morning with the cold NW wind blowing up my back.
