front strut replacement - volvo 850 1996

Got the following quote by Overseas Service Haus:

2 x Front strut @ $151.00
2 x Strut mount @ 33.67
2 x Strut plate @ $126.00

Parts= $600
Labour = $300

They say the parts OEM. Any suggestions on if price for labor / parts is OK ?

If I buy the parts from an online store, any recommendations on which sites to use and if parts will be OK if not OEM ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Volvo uses many companies such as Bosch, Mann who make parts for many different autos and they will have either Volvos name on them or there own. Other companies will built a similar item useing the same specifications .
