Yes me again. Well went into the dealer that sells this stuff and a sales rep added duracool to my system and the temp went from 60 to 40F. Took him 5 minutes and the job was done. The kit comes with 2 cans and the adapter hose to do the job. Now i have 1 can left over for next year incase i do miss out.
The sale rep that my temp with the 134a was about maxed out at 55 because 134 is not as cool. This stuff is terrific. Anyone with AC problems should give it a try. Beside it being cooler, the molecules are much bigger than 134 so leaks are less frequent too. Environmentally friendly too.

I personally know these guys. Duracool sells a repair kit that will seal small leaks in ALL a/c systems - R12, R134 - this stuff is compatable with all systems & I've put it in my 2001 cross country which with un-tinted windows, struggled to keep me & the dog from breaking into a sweat with 134. I can hang meat hooks in the back now it's so COLD! fantastic product & completely safe to the enviroment. Worldwide distribution is based out of Toronto - website under construction, but for dealer inquiries -

My 98 v70 AWD started to blow warm air a month after I had the system charged. I was going to bring it back to the shop when I read this post.
I called Duracool about a week ago to talk to get pricing and to find a retailer in the US that I could buy thier recharge kit. As soon as the phone picked up, the rep asked the type of problem I was experiencing, the model, the history of the car etc. He explained the contents of the kit and how each one worked as well as the difference between 12a and 134a.
25 minutes later, I had the # of the distributor in FL and was on the phone ordering the kit.
It arrived a few days later; 3 cans, adapters and a pressure gauge were all part of the kit. I read the instructions a few times and grabbed my digital kitchen thermometer. With the AC on low and the thermometer in the middle vent, I connected the first of the cans. The meter dropped from 83 to 50 degrees. And that was just the can that removed the moisture. With each of the steps, the meter dropped and bottomed out at 40 degrees. Last week, temps were in the mid to high 90's and it was beyond cool in the car, like freezing. I am going to test the pressure with the supplied gauge next week to see if it's dropped at all.
I was very impressed with the Duracool rep and the amount of knowledge they shared. I am certainly hoping that the kit will seal my leak in my car (the evap was replaced prior to buying the car) so this just may do the trick.
