S80 T6 2000 Trouble code P1171

I have have a trouble code P1171 "Long-term fuel trim Upper limit". My reader also has the description of "Fuel Adaption Bank 1". Ideas? I don't know what this means.
The car is new to us. I've been doing all the preventative maintenance types of projects on it and just filled the tank with premium and an injector cleaning additive. Mistake??!! Thanks in advance and for all the reading and tips this forum has given me. This is my first posting.

Most likely its the mass airflow sensor. You can try cleaning it before replacing it. Try a can of MAF cleaner (~$7) and spray it on a rag and wipe gently inside the maf, don't use too much!
