02 S-80 2.9 Outside Temp, frt pass door lock and window

2002 S-80 non turbo: Outside Temp reading, front passenger door lock and window do not work when its cool out (less than 60 deg F) --once car sits in sun and warms up then temp reading works, door lock and window then work. When starting first thing in the morning hear clicking sound from front passenger side area. Obviously the switches and fuses are good because everything works when warm. Suggestions or ideas on how to fix ?
