if you can find the TCV (turbo control valve), then check the 3 hoses coming out of the TCV to the turbo.

It's mounted behind the air filter box on an S70 - I think it may be to the left of it on an S60. When you find it there, you'll know - there's 3 vacuum lines coming out of a little box.

yeah i poked around all the cables including turbo and everything looks up 2 snuff.
Oh well. THANKS EVERYONE FOR YOUR HELP.

weird that after reset, the rmp's/engine responds, but not the cars speed.
So 1 step forward at least.

For this issue mine wound up being the pedal sensor that the dealer nailed down and fixed.
I finally have pickup. Weird that it went after my belt snapped and I had it replaced along w. the ac comp/pulley....
