Code 1-1-3 & 2-3-1

My 1991 Volvo 240 DL is idling rough. We got Fault codes 1-3-3, 1-2-1, and 2-1-2. After putting in a new MAF sensor we now get codes 1-1-3 & 2-3-2. The problem is we can't figure out what the adaptive fuel trim and/or short fuel trim message means!
