740 choppy idle and high idle while driving

hello again all..fixed previous problem so far has run great after IAC cleaning TB cleaning and a new map sensor but noticed since all of that at idle when started it kind of how do i say lurches at idle as if it has a mild cam in it all choppy and off rpms stay around 850-900 and nevers stalls drives fine except a lack of power...i know its a 4 cylinder non turbo but i figured it would atleast have a decent amount of power it just slowly goes along at take offeven when floored it has no power to spin or lurch a tiny bit...im not to up in knowledge on volvo's but we had an 87 740 non turbo at my job as (apoligize to all before i say it) a lot car to transport parts and tools (i work at a auto salvage yard) that one had over 400k miles and all kinds of power and the durability is what caused me to buy my current one but the one i have now no longer stalling honestly suck it has in plain terms no balls or guts at all and on a good day may be able to possibly keep up with itself but cant even pass on freeway...any ideas or info is much appreciated...

Have you checked for fault codes with the on-board diagnostics?
