Right Front knocking over bumps

My '98 V70 has a knocking noise on the right side when driving over bumps. Noise goes away once car warms up after several miles.
Strut Mount appears torn on the same side.
There is vibration in the steering wheel at fwy miles yet car drives straight.

Besides replacing mount or spring seat, what else could cause symptoms?
Someone mentioned replacing ball joints because the knocking goes away once ball joint covered with grease after been driven.

I plan on using Dr. Volvo. Any feedback on them?
