That is perfect.... can I have your's. :D :P

Is it a permanently mounted or can you remove it? I don't mind drilling holes,( I'd just prefer not to. Sorry just got my baby a week ago)

What website or parts place did you get your cover from?

that's actually not even my car lol but if you want mine, it'll cost you a LOT.

it is removable, but if it's removed, then you'd have two big holes per side that are 1/2" in diameter.

they are tougher to find nowadays in the used market but still available new from the dealership, the MSRP is ~$260,

post your interior color code and i can help you get the right part number.

Ok... the color is tan/beige on the interior, but i could also go with gray cause the car has gray accents. From what I'm reading the drill holes will need a template and some have said the template comes with the cover. Could you direct me in the KISS method direction as I don't want to F*%^ this up.

THANK YOU ALLL For your help. I really appreciate it. ( I will make a tutorial with picture/video for others when I install)

If you buy a complete new cargo cover (and contrary to what was said, I'm not sure if they are still available) you will get a template
As I stated above I believe I have access to the templates and can loan them to you for shipping and return

if you are buying it new, it'll come with the template for drilling as well as the instructions. the only thing you'll need is a drill bit of the appropriate diameter.

I read a old post on another forum, that if you remove the side trim pieces, on the back there is an imprint of where the holes should be drilled. It could be true. When installing a 3rd row seat in a 740 wagon, you have to trim the plastic covers where the seat belts attach to the sides of the roof. When you remove these pieces, on the backside, there is a clearly defined ridge that shows you where to cut the plastic. I'm picking up a cargo cover tomorrow. I'll post what I find under the side trim.
