850 turns off intermittently and restarts after a min or so

Will turn off while driving and restarts after about a min or so. This will occur once a day for week to a month, then not occur for months and then it starts again.

I've taken in to Volvo dealer and they claim to have fixed it by telling me a valve or sensor was replaced, never the same one, then it does it again. It cost 300-400 dollars to fix every time I take it to them.

Let's start with what they've replaced, so we know what it's not.
