fuel line replaced and fuel pump line reconnected. no fuel
Hello all. On my 850R I fixed my Emissions Purge Valve with a junk yard replacement. All codes are off. I thought the car was fixed but it still is having a fuel relasted problem, or so I think. He is the issues: the car starts rough, several turns then starts. It starts on second or third turn normally if I turn it to II first for a few seconds. Then the car drives fine. If i punch it no problem. If i go around the block no problem. If i come to a stop sign no problems taking off. But if I go and sit at a stop sign for 15 to 30 seconds and take off then feels like no fuel or no power until the car finally gets enough fuel and then drives fine. Its like you push the gas down and the car barely moves until there is enough gas to the engine. Is that the fuel pump or what? Please help, I have no more check engine lights on. The service light comes on and off and the trac off and ABS comes on and off but I think those are totally unrelated and different issues.

The ABS/Tracs issues are unrelated - you just need to either fix the ABS module yourself if you know how to solder or look up member Matty Moo to do it for you. There are a number of other ABS repair guys as well such as Victor Rocha and Module Masters but Matty Moo is much cheaper.
As far as the other (more pressing) problem goes you need to check the fuel pressure at the end of the fuel rail with a fuel pressure gauge. On the turbos the pipe to the intercooler is smack dab in the way so I just buy sacrificial tire gauges. It will normally be close for the first test but the gasoline will cream the gauge.
If you can get an engine running fuel pressure reading and post it back and then get a pressure reading about 15 minutes later (engine and key off) it will help us guess.

Sorry it took so long I was out of town this weekend. I tested the gas pressure as you said and it was around 31 or 32 psi for the car running after it was running for a long while and 0 after 15 minutes of sitting and not running!

It sounds like you have a fuel injector that is not sealing all the way or a leak in the fuel pressure regulator. Both of those would cause the car to run rich all the time and I would expect it to have black colored smoke when it first starts.
The fuel pressure regulator is easy to check. Pull the vacuum line off of it and look for signs of raw gas in the vacuum line.

I am looking to buy fuel pressure regulator now. Never bought one. just got to checking it.

I pulled the hose off the vacuum line for the fuel pressure regulator and so no signs of fuel. I also blew in each side of the FPR and nothing moved. Others said that was a sign it was bad. Now what do you say I should do? Replace all the seals (orings)? Or could the FPR still be bad?

Blowing in and out of the FPR means it is likely OK when coupled with your observation of no fuel in the vacuum line. I would love to see how quickly your fuel pressure bleeds off to zero after key off and it may take removing the intercooler pipe to get that accurate with a real screw-on fuel pressure gauge. 15 minutes is bad but 1.5 seconds is worse and point to another problem.
31-32 PSI running is quite low for fuel pressure, it should be closer to 43 PSI. Even with a good fuel pressure regulator a leaky injector might cause that big of a drop.
Getting the injectors cleaned can never hurt anything and that may fix your problem but there are other things that might cause your problem as well.
What kind of fuel mileage are your getting? That is another clue.
There are conflicting symptoms as you indicate that the car starts hard and then have a problem at idle and off idle acceleration. The fuel pressure rapidly dropping to zero - as in almost immediately - points to a bad check valve in the fuel pump. The bad check valve makes starting very difficult but it doesn't account for the low fuel pressure when the car is running or the problems at idle.
A clogged (leaking) injector kinda covers everything but I hate to send you out to spend your hard earned on the cleaning service and that not be the problem.

I checked fuel pressure with tire guage again. Twice while running 32psi. Then from the time it took me to turn car off and test it again I got 0psi. Does that mean check valve is bad? If so should I get a used fuel pump from junk yard. There are a couple 94 850 non turbos with fuel pumps in junk yard. Or can the check valve be fixed? Thanks

Maybe. OR, as Lee said, it could be a bad injector.Then from the time it took me to turn car off and test it again I got 0psi.
From here, I would pull out all of the injectors and insert them into jars. While cranking the engine, observe the fuel flow of the injectors - if one jar has more fuel or the injector doesn't fire in spurts, that one's bad.
