Front axle nut removal?

Post by masonman »

Trying to get my axle nut off my 850 and having trouble. It's pretty rusty, I have soaked it with PB blaster for a full day several times, i've heated it up with a torch, and broke two 1/2 in. breaker bars. Any ideas? :x

Give up. Drive to a shop, and have them spin it off with an impact wrench then put it back on a bit looser with anti-seize compound so you can get it off again and offer them $10 - that's what I had to do.
