Highbeams Out - Fogs Out
Highbeams Out - Fogs Out
2001 V70 T5: Highbeams will not stay in on position & fogs will not come on. Would love to change an electrical component myself & stay away from an expensive repair in a shop...thanks ahead. OK to reply direct to [email protected]

That sounds like it could be a problem with the headlight relay to me. I would see if you can find a used one to swap into it as they're rather expensive new; many people part out these cars all the time.
I don't know for sure the location of the relay on a 2001; hopefully someone else can tell you that.
