4 little red lights in tail light assembly-left side out?

Post by condor »

There are 4 small red lights in a vertical row at the bottom of the reartail light lens on my '05 XC70. The set on the left side are out. Anyone know how to access these lights and the part# to replace them? They appear to be LED's.

P2s have no LEDs.
It's a "jeweled light". When you access the bulbs, that's what you will find, normal automotive bulbs (plural)

hmmm. I only see two bulbs holders (the light grey extended socket with the long tab to twist them in and out of the lens with) to access bulbs from the lower tail light assembly access panel.

It seems like these for little red lights (or reflectors) are well below and to the side from the lowest light bulb socket I can see from the access panel. Is there a third socket access point?
