I have 12 volts in the red all time. The car is on with a x but goes off when cracking car over. I don't get anu volts in the colored wire

It sure seems to me you have an immobilizer anti-theft key problem. That makes more sense for your symptoms than anything else. Do you have more than one key or have you tried the other key?
