1990 240 Wont start and obd wont work

My battery was dead,so before putting in new battery icleaned the grounds.
Now the car just turns over no start,and the obd will light red when i touch the button
butwill give no info.
what could i have done to cause this?

My 1993 245 has several fuses on positive cable, if applicable, check to see if they are still good. Otherwise, did you forget to put back all cables going to positive lead on battery.

Next time, take before/after photos...they never lie.
