Acquired a 2nd hand S60 D5 about 2 months ago..and I'll be taking it in for it's second service next week. The only issue I have is with the Rear view mirror..in that it doesn't dim that much. I know it's ajustable by the dealer..but do you think this should be covered under warranty?
Since the control has been take away from the driver..I have no choice but to get them to change it..and as it stands it's very dazzling... needs to darken at least 50% again...good argument..or will they charge me anyway!!
I hate dealers
They sorted out the rear view mirror foc
They sorted the hazards flashing when arming the alarm..and I never even mentioned it. ( previously they only flashed on disarming)
They charge an arm and a leg for consumables!! but the overall standard service charge wasn't too bad.
The Branded tin of mints helped take some of the pain away! as did the after-service full valet and leather treatment.
Also apparently they said they'd call in a few days to ensure all is well. Nice touch.
She runs ever so sweet now, and I'll have no hesitation in going to the same dealer again...something I couldn't say about Toyota which was my previous car model.
