SRS and Electrical Problems with 2003 XC70

We recently purchased a 2003 XC-70 and have since had the following problems:
1) The SRS Service Airbag Urgent warning is on
2) The radio will randomly change stations on its own
3) The heater will randomly go from warm to cool (no the automatic temperature button is not on)
4) The driver's side seat heater quit working
5) The Engine Coolant Turn Car Off warning comes on at times. The temperature of the car is running normal and the coolant level is normal.

Could these conditions be related in any way?

We have also discovered that the right rear belt was unbolted at the bottom. We reconnected it, but every time we lean the rear seat forward the seat belt locks at the shorter length and the seat won't go back up until we disconnect the seat belt. Would this bolt on the seat belt cause the SRS light to come on? If so, would the airbags in the car still work?
