An R at 14.7 and a V70 at 16.4 both seem about right to me, from what I've read.

ahaha, I remember that guy. It's the other way around. The R that ran the 16.4 was mostly stock (except for a K&N panel filter) and he had a major boost leak at the time. It belonged to some spoiled brat teenager. The car has since been sold and daddy bought him a VW GTI; a downgrade if you ask me. The V70R can be rather sluggish compared to some of the other FWD cars due to the heavy AWD system and it being parasitic at higher speeds. I believe the V70R had a couple basic bolt-ons, nothing too crazy.
